This is Indeed great news!$ On the side note, you are assuming 8K was finished. He said "we should see" them to n ext couple weeks, no? That does not mean they are ready. No? "Spoke with Mr Tecco this afternoon. Filing was approved and should be out next week. I asked about acquisitions. He said that we should be seeing the filing and 8Ks coming out in the next couple weeks. So he must have them finished if he's ready to file"
