Hi ZumbaMami, I hope that is how it will work but here's the wording on them:

<<The note holder shall have the right to convert beginning on the date which is 180 days following the issuance date >>

To me that sounds like it is talking about the date the note was issued -
as opposed to when it matures - so that's why I'm concerned.
