Can reverse splits be positive for a company? In theory, more than anything else, it can. In practice, reverse splits are, for the most part, financially toxic events. It tells you a company is most likely drowning in debt. I'll leave it at that. Just common sense reasoning.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
