OTTV has on record 75,000,000 share at a par value of 0.0001 or
$56,500.00, assuming this is company stock.
6,900,000,000 at 0.00001, par value of $76,500.00.

OK, Now if JF was do do a buy back, any outstanding shares not sold, lets say 3,450,000,000, one half of A/S, would he pay half of the 76,500.00 to remove these shares from market? Do you see where I'm going?
