Well and so what?

Why they will turn to K which has not shown efficacy and stuck in P1

Why they will not go to PARP inhibitors that are proven and well ahead of curve

These lawsuits are part of their business model - they may look for some acquisitions that will give quick revenue - K even if succeeds will take 3+ years to come to market
