Yep, the private prisons have made what can only be described as a serious gold rush of profit on the young going to prison for petty drug crime. Especially in regard to cannabis trade.

The logic is none sensical to our economy and communities if one just looks at the facts. Like on such a chart above. What is the death total of nicotine and alcohol vs. cannabis? We all know the answer. Time for politics to step aside. My strong 2 cents on the matter.
