We got our PR/spinning off the real estate biz

This is potentially great news.

They're going to spin off the real estate business and dump the lawsuit into that unit. Shareholders will get stock in both the food business and real estate business.

Now we just have to figure out the capital plan and revenue ramp. Earnings call tomorrow.
