More than just CO DOJ turns a blind eye to scams like this....
Recently there was a scam that filed papers in NV.. It was the same thing, hijacked shell. The papers had the wrong name on it- everything was approved, by the NV Courts, for a company that didn't exist.. AT ALL. The name was also wrong in the NV SOS filings. I called, talked to NV SOS. They don't look at attachments. Don't care if the name on the papers has the name of a company that is filed in NV. It was complicated. Anyway. bottom-line, don't care.
And there ya have it... how scams like INOH and so many more can just keep rolling.
