If the split becomes effective 9/26 it generally means the trading day so I would assume pre market.

I sold half my position of ALRT and holding the balance - I sold half at .10 but was in since .0009. My hunch is they will be a takeover target.

On FRZT, I see no compelling reason why they would issue a news release now which wuld only generate flipper interest. If they have news, and who knows, I would wait until right before the 26th. But just my opinion.
