I think the reverse split is in our interest as shareholders. However talking with fellow shareholders, company secrecy makes approval very unlikely. Please pass along to management the need to release specifics of milestone payments and or SCLC results prior to the vote . Both are viewed as material events--and keeping them private has angered and created extreme distrust of management.
