N3, that is actually a good idea. They have tons of cash and little need for it for awhile. Buy back 10 million and do a PP down the line at $2 if needed. Frankly, I have little trust in management to do anything but screw us. As I said the SEC no longer cares what companies do. They collect their paychecks and make sure brokers don't charge a penny more than they can. Another useless gov entity, now.

PS not sure if it was posted, but Emperor3605 emailed the company about our anger at not getting SCLC results released. We will see if that gets any PR. Others should follow his lead.
