What the heck. Perhaps it is time to contact the SEC. The only problem with going that route is that the SEC rarely seems to be able to look out for shareholders. Heck, SPNG was a TOTAL con job from start to finish, and yet the SEC never got a penny for shareholders.

Part of me would simply like to see Marcus get punished for what he has done -- even if it ends up hurting my investment (such as it is).
