Does anyone happen to know what exactly happens to preferred shares despite an overtaking of let's say rgbp? Lets say if if if rgbp gets bought out what exactly goes on with the rgbpp shares behind the scenes? Example: if rgbp sells its business for 1.0$ a share, how exactly will a preferred react. Lil curious and thanks in advance for those who may happen to respond. I'll be honest with knowing very little about this aspect of things.
