Yeah,the good news is that I don't think we have to wait for approval of the new construction plans to proceed with the application.
I don't think we get final approval just yet,but I think major news is close.

Seems info is due on all fronts,and if it goes as hoped, should be a huge 4th q.
Now that I have finished accumulating,I certainly hope so.
