LOL! Only Kman and the other "Insiders" can do that, n3. CYTR can't profit on it's confidential info as that would be unethical, illegal and go against the corporate culture. Besides they'd have to spend money they need for salaries and bonuses forthcoming in the immediate future.

I signed a petition for SK's removal. If some dumbass added his stipulation that "we'd" vote yes if CYTR R/S all shares equally, knowing that SK/BOD will immediately ask for an increase in A/S, that's his problem, not mine. If the "yea-sayers" could just understand that we'll remain on NASDAQ for the foreseeable future, it would make the R/S a non-issue. If SK decides to voluntarily delist if the R/S vote fails, rather than appeal NASDAQ's decision, if by some chance they deny the ext request, which I don't think will happen, well that's on SK and his lawyers. His days already appear numbered.

And to the S/T poster who keeps saying if CYTR get's it's PPS up to a $1, he'll change his no vote to yes. Guess he won't have to worry about doing that, because I don't think that will happen either. The shorts and flippers would make sure of that, unless CYTR releases "Confidential Info", which would violate their CT Order. I just wish it was 10/17 already so we can put this BS behind us and get back to business as usual, or not!

All IMO. GLTA and CYTR! We gonna need all we can get, and then some! ;p
