Retail trades can go at any price numbers. I have received trade reports from my brokerage for 5 digits of a higher price stock. They will add what they pay, .xxxx2, .xxxx3, .xxxx4, .xxxx5 and higher!

ONLY FINRA CAN EXPLAIN HOW THAT HAPPENS!

And the MM's will inform FINRA with their daily published Form T's!
