If you had read the Cole Memorandum you would know that diversion of marijuana across state lines was one of the major issues addressed.

If Nevada can't supply the dispensaries - that is a Nevada problem but they can't legally import marijuana from Colorado, Oregon, California....

Plus, the DEA is still raiding Oregon.

Hundreds of Marijuana Plants Seized in Selma Drug Bust
Friday, June 2nd 2017,

SELMA, Ore. -- Hundreds of marijuana plants and thousands of dollars in cash are now in police custody following a drug bust in Josephine County.

This happened Wednesday on two properties in Selma. At both locations, Grants Pass police say almost 300 marijuana plants were found, including about 100 pounds of processed marijuana.

Officials found 7 firearms on site and also 14 thousand dollars in cash from drug deals.

This drug bust was a combined effort from local, state, and federal teams. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the DEA.

"The Latest: DEA: Raids Target Group Exporting Colorado Pot
Authorities have raided over a dozen locations in Colorado linked with an organization accused of shipping marijuana out-of-state.

DENVER (AP) — The Latest on marijuana raids in Colorado (all times local):

12:50 p.m.

Authorities have raided over a dozen locations in Colorado linked with an organization accused of shipping marijuana out-of-state.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said it was helping local authorities serve search warrants at 20 locations between the Denver and Colorado Springs areas on Thursday.

Court documents in the case, which is being handled by District Attorney George Brauchler's office, are sealed.

Denver television reported that the locations included a spot in a commercial neighborhood in Denver and a home in suburban Castle Rock.

A DEA spokesman says the investigation has been in the works for months and isn't the result of any new directive from the Trump administration. There were several rounds of pot raids in the state under the previous administration.

New Attorney General Jeff Sessions has indicated he wants stronger enforcement of federal law on marijuana.

So it is complete nonsense to believe that interstate trafficking of marijuana is legal.
