And they did this for years? the SEC reports have had a going concern clause for years. I thought BK was a viable option. Seen it before where a company declares BK and then the assets are sold for pennies on the dollar to some entity and shareholders are left with the worthless shell. More than glad to get out of this one with .05 and a chance for a bit more. So far they have done what they said they would do and I believe they will come through on the .05+ payout. Yes, I am gullible.
