Wake up and read back on the board a few weeks... The company has already and is dumping shares to convertible note holders. The note holders are the ones who are interested in getting their money out of the stock. They were paid for debt with shares priced somewhere near 0.00016/share, so selling to you or anyone else at 0.0004 is a good profit for them.
