I agree as do the majority of voters, who are voting NO, BTW. I've read where a conversation with DH, IR at CYTR indicated that it was their plan to implement the R/S ASAP and then request an increase in the A/S shortly thereafter. Guess that would require another proxy needing SH approval and pumped as necessary for continued operations and to avoid bankruptcy. Which is all BS. CYTR management has evidently become SO addicted to lining their own pockets while on the "gravy train", they have absolutely NO CONCERN for the SH's they supposedly work for. Time for that to end, IMO.

If the R/S passes and the A/S is increased for further dilution, I will certainly be looking for an exit point. If the R/S fails, I'll hang around for SK/BOD's departure and results of the pending lawsuit, while CYTR continues on NASDAQ. I just hope the voting results are not tampered with, as I wouldn't put anything past the Krooks we currently have at the helm.

I still have plenty of time to see how this plays out and to get my NO vote recorded prior to the SHM.

All IMO. GLTA/CYTR!
