Company just took out a big loan, and needs cash to pay for it, but a true believer will be happy to buy more shares at a lower price, like me, I treat every stock like a poker tourney, I start with just a 100 dollar buy in, if pps drops by 50%, then I do a rebuy, for another hundred, and no more then three rebuys per stock,,,
