It is a violation for an auditor and a CPA to discuss any information of a client who is not authorized.

However, for the first time in years, this issuer finally found a respected CPA firm.

As far as time, we are nearly contemporaneous. However, I was never in retail...trading and capital markets. We sold our clients products to MF managers who in turn pushed retail.
