Exactly. If there are always notes waiting to be converted, this stock will never run like it used to. Even with good news, as we have seen. ERBB takes out millions each quarter in exchange for shares, so the debt holders are always selling on the pops. And if they can't sell on pops, they'll just drag the price down slowly, like we've been seeing for the past few years.

What an absolute sham.
