IF you are going off of the town's current revenue stream. You add the attraction of the pot paradise and thousands and thousands of tourists...then you are looking at a much shorter time span for their ROI. All of this is purely speculation however.

I do think some of our views make more sense than others though...because some of us actually believe in the things in which we invest.
