"They"...who? If you are talking about the debtor UMS it appears they will indeed have nothing. We know from past filings that TMobile ordered the sale of all TMobile locations. All they had left was Metro locations. Now Metro has ordered the sale of all Metro locations.

The judge just approved the abandonment of any proprietary property they cannot sell like signage and branding.

What exactly will UMS LLC have left.

One other scenario is that iTALK will buy some of the locations. However...they don't appear to have the money to do this.

Who knows how this will turn out. Will have to wait and see.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
