"Non-binding Acquisition"

Actually a "non-binding preliminary letter of intent"...not sure what the "preliminary" is suppose to mean....if the LOI is non-binding anyway. But at the current pps that works out to about $2.4 million in stock.

Do we know what the annual revs are for Helpcomm? Or their margins...or if it is even positive?
