I believe this was filed. On Aug 14 there was a Final order filed authorizing post-petition financing by Foxx. This is when the train went off the rails. Apparently TMobile did not want Foxx involved here. Then you saw the filing where they demanded UMS sell all Metro locations.

Its all unfortunate. TMobile appears to be done here.
