What would help the most at this moment- IMHO- would be for WW to specifically state how much of the A/S are for reserves and therefore (the rest) what is for potential future transactions (possible dilution). This information, simple to disclose, would give investors such a clearer picture of what is going on. That is transparency, BTW!
