If one take a careful look here at what was filed - a NOTICE OF LATE 10 Q- for the period ending 7/31/17. Hmmmm. The ARALOC deal was announced as a LOI on 7/11/17. Very intriguing. It would make sense that there might be a delay especially if there is a merger deal actually occurring.
Second- the Part III included here is incredible. They actually tell the SEC why they were late filing their annual report for 4/30/17. Read this carefully -
What we already know is that they filed their ANNUAL here already on Sept 6th and it was accepted via Edgar - and SEC. As well- in an apparent effort to increase shareholder and SEC awareness and understanding - they issued a statement explaining that due to the annual being late (with Classidocs not closing) and the expense it may take to get it done it caused the delay in the 10K. ULTIMATELY - they are explaining that the section of the new quarterly which requires info furnished in the recent 10K that came out - wasn't ready quite yet and conjecture here is quite obvious that ARALOC closing would be included in this coming financial.
This report is dated Sept 13th folks. The SEC reported a week lag on some things submitted as they report the date received as today but the date it was submitted as 9/13/17. Just as we suspected. They did indeed file the proper notices.
That means that by next Thursday - less than a week- or as early as today - we could see the financial quarterly come out - with the announce deal of ARALOC followed by a substantial pres roesse expalinjg this all and the excitement surrounding the potential here will start to be realized IMO.
Very very good news getting proof they did indeed file this LATE- quarterly of the 10k called a 10Q.
Bottom will bounce off 8 and make a strong move IMO- this was great.
