My take is that they have released the $1 million to AerLine, Inc. to get started on the C-Check of N417XA 737-400 Aircraft because that cost money. I believe that they want to have the plane to be ready for deliver as soon as they close the deal.

By talking to a few people I know up at Boeing, depending on which MRO is running the show, the C-check can take up to 2-3 weeks, then there's about a week of paint time to prep them ready for delivery.

That falls just in line with the extension of the closing date from 9/15 to 10/15.

I believe that may be the drive to release the escrow money. But overall, USGlobal is serious about buying Songbird.

Couple of things that we already know what Tony's team has done in the past few months.

Establish a relationship with Stewart Airport.
Establish a tentative plan to fly to destinations.
Completed a photo-shoot in preparation to advertise the company.

I think we are seriously going to fly within a few months.

Always looking for great investments.
