What a load of rubbish. They are creating a strong ecosystem, growing a customer base, increasing efficiencies, tapping into an up and running revenue stream that is easily scaleable. They are integrating with founding backers in RUAG (the leading supplier of products for the space industry in Europe, and with a growing presence in the United States) and ALTAIR. Morf3D will be a profitable business with or without Sigma. The opportunity to integrate out software with their client base is certainly not a step backwards, and allows Sigma a leg up in its service bureau vertical.
