Hopefully 250,000 shares weren't sold by the same person because coincidentally someone at breathtec may have also owned 250,000 shares... highly speculative, highly coincidental....can you verify if the 250,000 shares moved were from a single entity? I feel like being a detective. Maybe somebody with better access to information can look into this...
