Why the SEC of course.... on the first page on all K's and Q's on the left side there is a box.... it asks "is this a shell company".... if you click yes, a whole host of rules are to be followed... but I am sure you already knew that....

They have "temporarily" suspended operations since the beginning of the year up to at least when they filed their last filing which was Sept. 7th...... that is OVER 8 months...... Hilarious......
