IF LRS and ECOS Merge into a new entity...will ECOS Stock simply go away and become worthless? They have no assets to sell and all the knowledge is with the current management so it could simply shut down and all liabilities go away, file for Bankruptcy while the new entity picks up where ECOS left off with no debt?

Is this completely ill informed of me to suggest this?
