it is very simple
1) they have a huge amount of authorized shares (that they just jacked up by 10 billion)

2) Their revenue is next to zero

3) They have a huge amount of debt as well as a huge amount of shares promised to debenture holders which do not yet exist (which guarantees another huge increase in the A/S)

4) They have never actually accomplished anything....they have had years and years of promising PRs but they have all been lies

Its actually amazing the stock is as high as it is.
