Correct, SEC could suspend ALKM tomorrow.

and no, ALKM is not in talks with the SEC. All they have to do is comply with securities laws, but they are so inept that they can't even do this.

Hopefully ALKM gets its act together, but so far they are risking investors' money by doing what they are doing.

Maybe the CEO will resign for being so terrible, and hopefully before the SEC takes drastic action.
