@Tekterra: Excellent points I agree 100% with your series of posts and share your confusion. Something just does not add up since the R/S debacle. Of course the fact that Jenny coupled the R/S vote with re-listing in the same sentence was spiteful and crushed longs however,
1. The anti-dilution vote is good for us. Yes we dropped but would you rather face a 500 to 1 R/S with dilution immediately following? That is the same as losing 99.999% of your investment.
2. It just seems too logical for one of the German firms (Roche, Bayer, Merck) to jump on this stock at this time. What is going on? I suspect Jenny and the BOD are delusional and feel that this is their company, not ours. So it may require a hostile T/O versus B/O at some point.
3. I don't know what final rug-pull they have in store for shareholders. I guess the bears here say B/K but I just don't see that given the success of CHEMOSAT and the several potential suitors out there.
I am just completely baffled at this point TBH. Still holding
