Arcaro reinstated Vumee, Inc. with the Nevada SOS on 17 August. According to the annual report the company filed with OTCMarkets, he owns 100 shares of commons. That's all he'd need to become custodian.

He applied for custodianship on 11 July 2017. The order was granted on 17 August, the same day he reinstated it with the SOS and named himself sole officer. He was represented in the custodianship case by Fred Bauman, who's now the company lawyer.
According to the annual report, there are two greater-than-10% owners, Michael Spiegel and Mr BLSD, LLC.
Spiegel signed VUME's Form 15 back in 2013:

He was CEO and president of the company at the time:

Stacie Kristen Daley was also a significant shareholder at the time. According to this Form 4 from late 2012, she's from Ft Lauderdale. She'd acquired her VUME shares much earlier. In late 2012, in connection with a settlement agreement, she disposed of some of them:

There are two "Mr BLSD" companies. Mr BLSD, LLC, which is named in the annual report, is an inactive North Carolina company that was formed by Stacie Daley in January 2012:

The other company, Mr BLSD Properties, is active and domiciled in Colorado. It was formed in July 2016 by Stacie Lavenia, who I think we can assume is Stacie Daley:

The company opened a $2 million line of credit with Coventry Capital LLC in November 2012, but it isn't clear whether any money was ever drawn down:

It isn't clear whether VUME ever drew down on that. Spiegel took the company dark a few months later.
Nodummy has some additional interesting information about Stacie Daley/LaVenia.
In addition, the shell has one more significant creditor, George Sharp:
