completely agree. He has timed this perfectly. The hearing timeline is 45 days after the filing which puts him to the week before the vote then it takes up to 15 days before the panel makes their decision. He is playing on pure fear that not knowing the outcome will get him enough yes votes. Not happening with me. I don't trust him or his games. Time and time again he has showed that his best interest are far greater then the company and shareholders. This is appalling that we are not a 3dollar a share company right now. If he gets the yes votes he will continue with the same actions and will use LADR as the reason to string everyone along just like he did with Aldox. Only reason I can think that he sold the rights. Once this starts trading where it should then his personal piggy bank isnt as easy to manipulate.
