Per the last filing UMS is selling all locations and winding down operations per TMobile and Metro's request.

The locations are selling for 50k each. The funds will be used to pay off the creditors.

iTALK's license is in default and the website was shut down. The filing in GA says they have not been in that locations for 2 months.

I would wait for filings. Not only am I not buying someone another car I'm not going to sell my shares to someone that has no idea what is going on here.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
