To get to those prices PLSB will have to do a 35 or up to a 357 to one REVERSE STOCK SPLIT! Considering that it could be worse if they allow this thing to drop in the $0.000s- you could be looking at a 500:1 or God forbid a 1,000:1 REVERSE STOCK SPLIT when the total issued and outstanding surpasses 3,000,000,000 (yes, BILLIONS) SHARES!!!!
