Rock, it previously was registered to the company, they didn't pay the bill so it became open and Alex bought it..... My prediction is we will see an 8K announcing a reverse and the sale of the Preferred stock to a new owner and PG and CZ go away into the night and a new totally different business rolled into the shell.... all within 2 weeks.....
