Preferred shares in itself is neither good nor bad. It means they can tap into them in the future. Now, what I'm interested to see is how they will go about them. They can be exchanged into more convertible notes (blah), they can be used to pay for inorganic growth (yay!).
Now, for those claiming that it's just another trip to ATM... Their O/S count is ~450M, their A/S is ~990M. So what's the point of issuing Series C if there are easier ways to make an "ATM trip".
