The term sheet on them is a done deal...final agreement signed on payment. Reg-A funding approved by SEC...most of the $10M in funding has already been set up, & was only awaiting SEC approval...so the schools, & all the other acquisitions that were termed will be finalized any day now.

These 2 schools are more than likely in the Baltimore/DC area, as that is where Troy is from.
