October 5th trial is for motion to dismiss the premature filing of Chapter 7. Yesterdays Creditors meeting went well. So far, so good. If October 5th goes well and the judge agrees with the dismissal of Chapter 7, then we can hopefully see a new Board of Directors and CEO, which I believe is appointed by the trustee.
