There's no reason for the MMEG CEO to disclose what the O/S stands at if he was willing to tell investors that a large "supply" will only bring the stock price down if the "demand" doesn't go up! A "large supply" is always defined as a large O/S looking to trade for more money!

Our stock price is determined by current demand over supplies. It's that simple. If supply exceeds demand, our stock price goes down, if demand exceeds supply, the opposite is true.

The next 10Q (end of September) is not due to be released until Nov 14 and based on history, likely 5 calendar days past that date if the NT 10-Q is filed again.
