should check the SEC filings regs a little...
material events like 8k's have up to 4 business days to be filed...

yes OMVS/RAd is maskiing information with a gagged transfer agent..

non-disclosures of conversions and securiites....

no finalized contracts...
barely any SEC filings and when they are filed very vague...that in itself implies the unwillingness of the Company to do it's fiduciary duties on informing investors...

failing to disclose what OMVS debt it brought with it to RAd...
the list goes on but one with questions should check SEC regs for a clearer understanding of what is being disclosed and what isn't...
