There is NO reasonable explanation for Mr Tecco to sabotage his own stock here, so I do believe the delay was indeed due to accounting change. It is coming, but that kind of delay can provoke a sell off into trips. No CEO wants that, especially on such a low floater. GLTA. ELTZ
