I expect we'll see a filing or two right away approving the sale of the locations and the sale of the proprietary items or abandonment thereof.

The third hearing was for the judge to determine the validity of the initial bk filing and set final dates to exit.

IMO anyway

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
