I have been short since early this year. And the fact that this stock has violent upswings once in a while, doesn't really bother me. That is the nature of these pump-and-dump penny stocks. What matters is that the fundamentals point to a $0 in the long run.

The pump lies with the fact that the company keeps releasing meaningless press releases without any financial disclosure or guidance. And a network of stock promoters that keep pumping the stock.

The bulls have never given any fundamental reasons to be long the stock.
